Insurance

I accept the following insurance plans:

• Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Optum / United Healthcare

• AMBetter

• Humana

I will need to verify your insurance before the first session to establish if there's any deductible and what your co-pay is.

Please note that insurance doesn't cover marital / couples therapy. Insurance only provides coverage for healthcare services based on medical necessity; in the case of psychotherapy, this would be problems related to a mental health diagnosis.

My fees without insurance are the following:

• Individual session for adults over 18: $120 / session

• Individual session for children under 18: $140 / session

• Couples / Family session: $140 / session

I accept cash, check, Venmo and credit / debit cards (including HSA cards).  When using a bank card, a surcharge of 3% will be applied to cover the card reader fees.
